I appreciate the growing number of people who are realizing the godless persuit of carnal pleasure is not fulfilling.
The initial birth, or rebirth of faith often comes with an excess replacing the excesses abandoned for it. They join the battles of their religion vs others, they get offended by jokes or any perceived threat to their new way. Like they are now in a sports team rivalry only some of these are millenia old religious ones.
The main reason I rarely write in depth pieces on religion is that I do not want to steer anyone in any direction.
If they seek they will find, and sort of pop up next to me like “bro”!
Given the fact that I recently offended people with a couple light hearted jokes, I am going to make a few things abundantly clear as I am called to oppose evil and give it no quarter. So to be very clear.
I am glad you think you found Jesus. That was not his name though. It was Yeshua.
I am glad you feel a desire to get closer to God. Those churches are a wall to climb not a place to find God.
Nobody is mocking your belief frens. Your religion is not your belief.
Your religion is a tradition of men.
They didn’t honor his death.
They monetized it.
Branded it.
Sold it back to you as salvation
while hanging the murder weapon in neon lights.
A man decoded the system.
So they nailed him to a stick.

I refuse to be silent in my opposition to their system and you can only serve that system or your creator and I have chosen who to serve.
I won’t fight political battles between a dead empire and tribes that don’t exist and pretend we have a religious quabble.

But you forgot He never wrote it.
Men did. Kings did. Councils did.
And they edited it for empire.

You hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy of you, when he said:
“‘This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me; in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’”
If you take personal offense at a rebuke of principles and powers, a condemnation of false saints and prophets, are you more or less christlike?
Is the whole earth decieved in the end times? Do they call good what is evil?
Are there millions of me or millions who would be offended by me?
Feel free to nail me to the same cross they nailed him to, it would be my honor.
Feel free to quit reading my posts or be offended. Feel free to love the evil works and evil systems created in his name so much it personally offends you to read even a light hearted joke about them.
But if you went out into the wilderness and fasted instead of going to a church, as he did, he would speak to you directly, and you would know the truth, the way, and the life.
You can say and do whatever, and in his name, and think it makes you pious.
But even in the table scraps of the word you were left, known as the bible it is very clear:

The Greek word “anti” (ἀντί) means “instead of,” “for,” or “in place of”
Vicar is a person acting “in the person of”
“Anti-Christ” is those acting in the person of, or instead of Christ.
The Popes are the many Anti-Christ’s of prophecy.
The doctrines of the church are the “Traditions of Men” condemned by the Christ.
The Orthodox and all the Protestants are mere spinoff cults.
None of this is a personal attack.
If you really seek God you will come out of Babylon and it’s Mystery Religion they call Christianity in the end.
Send me the scriptures about the rapture. Show me the Christmas, Easter, and other “sacred” holiday rituals in them.
After you realize it isn’t there take pause and wonder if I might have found out some things on a path I started on 30 years ago.
You could crucify me too I suppose.
Perhaps be angry I would share a bridge over a stumbling block with you, which one should appreciate even if they decide it isn’t something they are going to stumble on.
If you are my true brother then you’ll walk your path to the truth, and one thank me for sharing a key insight I have a deep conviction about, despite this truth being unpopular. Your acceptance of said truth being inconsequential, as you know I love you and want to help you.
In the end, we all get to die, and if you are comfortable with how that ends up …..it’s not a matter for my judgement, and as a western man we should share that principle.
If there is one thing history since the crucifixion has shown though, it is that hate, torture and murder is all I will probably get for the effort.
